Question 1

How early should we enquire about wedding transportation?

Accepted Answer

It’s best to enquire as soon as your wedding date and venue are confirmed, especially if you have a specific luxury wedding car in mind. Popular wedding car models and peak wedding dates can be booked well in advance. The final timings and further transportation details can then be confirmed as your wedding plans take shape.

Question 2

What happens after I enquire about a wedding car?

Accepted Answer

After you enquire, Luxorides reviews vehicle availability based on your wedding date, city, timings and requirements. Suitable wedding car options and service details are then discussed with you. The booking is confirmed only after the vehicle and service details are agreed upon and Luxorides provides written confirmation.

Question 3

Can wedding cars be booked for different wedding functions?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Wedding cars can be arranged for different functions and moments, including baraat entries, bridal arrivals, vidaai, reception entries, venue transfers and other wedding-day celebrations.

Question 4

Do you provide wedding transportation for destination weddings?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Destination wedding transportation can include airport transfers, hotel or resort pickups, venue transfers, couple cars and multi-day guest transportation. The arrangements can be planned around the destination wedding itinerary.

Question 5

What happens if my wedding ceremony runs late?

Accepted Answer

If a wedding function runs longer than planned, the vehicle can continue to wait or the journey can be adjusted where possible, depending on chauffeur availability and the vehicle’s next scheduled commitment. However, continued waiting or any change to the planned journey will be subject to chauffeur duty limits, vehicle commitments and hence, will be handled according to the agreed booking terms.
